UVic Ticket Centre Policies
Ticket Policy
Each person
REGARDLESS OF AGE must have a valid ticket to enter a performance. Seating is reserved for all University Centre
Farquhar Auditorium events and patrons must sit in assigned seating as per the
seating location indicated on the ticket.
NO REFUNDS, NO
EXCHANGES
Late seating
We recommend
that patrons arrive at the Auditorium half an hour prior to event start time and
be seated prior to event starting. Patrons arriving late or needing to be reseated after an event has begun
will be seated or re-seated at an appropriate break in the event, as per the
client who is producing the event. This
can result in missing large portions of the event, so please, give yourself
plenty of time for parking, arrival and seating.
Lost Tickets
If your
tickets have been misplaced or stolen, please contact the UVic Ticket Centre
directly, at 250.721.8480 or ticket@uvic.ca, prior to the performance.
Order Fee
An order fee
of $2.50 will be charged on each order, up to a maximum of ten tickets. This fee includes the service of your tickets
and parking pass (if purchased) being mailed to your home or office. Please note that on those purchases made
within six days of performance date, tickets will be held at the UVic Ticket
Centre for pickup during regular office hours or prior to the event.
Parking
Parking on
campus is pay parking 24 hours daily, Monday to Saturday. A parking pass is available for purchase when
you purchase tickets (normally located directly beneath the performance or
event you are purchasing) and is valid for General Permit outside lots located
around campus. The amount for the pass
will normally be $2, valid from 6pm to midnight Monday to Friday or all
day/evening on Saturdays. Daytime
parking during the week will vary from event to event.
Lost and Found Items
All lost and
found items are taken to the Ticket Centre. Please contact 250.721.8480 if you have misplaced or lost an item.
Scent-free environment
The
University Centre Farquhar Auditorium is a scent-free environment. Thank you for your co-operation in adhering
to this policy.
Privacy Policy
Your personal
information will be used for identifying the ticket purchase only. If you wish to join the Auditorium and/or
client mailing/email lists, please select "Mailing Lists"in our Online ticket sales site.
