The Ticket Centre located on the main floor of University Centre is open Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for in-person and telephone sales. Please contact 250-721-8480 for updated holiday hours.

On-line sales are available 24/7. We are also open for in-person sales two hours prior to performance times on evenings and weekends. We often get long line-ups just prior to the performance, so we highly encourage advance sales where possible. The sooner you purchase, the better selection you have to choose from.
Each person regardless of age must have a valid ticket to enter a performance. Seating is reserved for all University Centre Farquhar Auditorium events and patrons must sit in assigned seating as per the seating location indicated on the ticket.
